Do you offer refunds?
Because all our products are digital downloads, we don't offer refunds once a purchase is complete and the files have been delivered. We encourage you to review all product previews and descriptions carefully before buying.
What if I never received my files?
Reach out to us right away and we'll resend your download link, no questions asked.
I was charged twice. What do I do?
Duplicate charges are fully refunded. Contact us with your order details and we'll sort it out quickly.
I bought the wrong product by mistake. Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, we're unable to refund accidental purchases on digital products. If you're unsure about a template, feel free to reach out before buying, we're happy to help you find the right fit.
Can I exchange a template for a different one?
If you're not sure which template suits your needs, message us before purchasing, we'll point you in the right direction and exchange offer can be initiated in-case of exceptions.
The template doesn't look like the preview. What should I do?
Our previews are as accurate as possible, but if you feel the product was misrepresented, contact us within 01 working day and we'll review your case individually.
Do you offer refunds on bundle purchases?
Bundles follow the same policy, no refunds once delivered. If one item in the bundle has a technical issue, contact us and we'll replace that specific file.
